There is a new regime in Haryana that added permission to include car parking space in affordable housing schemes also. This will definitely increase the demand for affordable houses because these days parking is a very major issue, especially in Delhi NCR. There is a latest amendment in Affordable Housing Policy 2013, which clearly states that one car parking space is completely free without any extra charge or cost of maintenance. This scheme is very beneficial for both customers and dealers because a sudden hike will be seen soon.

The verdict of President of Credai as Pankaj Bajaj said,” This amendment is very good because parking is an essential element. The existing affordable projects in Haryana would have faced trouble and parking shortage just like DDA projects of the 70s and 80s. The amendment will help to create more parking in such projects.”

Mani Rangarajan, the group chief operating officer of Housing group added this amendment will increase the popularity of these houses rapidly. “Many who invest in Real estate Gurgaon assets will now opt for affordable housing as well as it comes with minimum investment”.

Everyone in this world can’t afford good luxurious apartments and the concept of affordable housing scheme was only launched for all those people who are not able to afford big luxurious house, but this doesn’t meant that they are not eligible for basic amenities.
