The acquisition of a land parcel adjoining Sohna Road, has been announced by JMS Group  Sohna Road after its accomplished launch of two plotted development residential property in Gurugram

Mr. Pushpender Singh, MD, JMS Group said that 15-acres of land have been acquired from the Haryana government. Development of residential project has been planned under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojan (DDJAY). The group is also seeking to buy more land parcels in the forthcoming time. 

The group intends to develop 269 plots in the 15-acres of land, with community living being the prime focus. The plot size varies from 120 to 178 square feet. It is offer wide gamut of facilities like round the clock security and high-end clubbing. The details of other projects are being planned on the paper. 

Given the reviving interest in plots, Mr. Pushpender suggests buyers to always purchase plot from prestigious developers. They are supported by financial institutions and take care of all the required permissions. He added on that gated plotted development is advantageous since the required necessities are placed withing the campus making daily life easy. 

JMS Group Sohna Road has already developed two such projects, namely the Primeland, located in Sector 95, Gurugram, that is built across 10 acres and has 216 plots and The Nation which is spread across an area of 16.5 acres and is located in Sector 95, Gurugram.  Both projects are developed under DDJAY of Haryana Government which promotes construction of plotted colonies.
