Devx A Coworking Space Developer, Has Declared Its Launch Into Noida

Devx coworking space provider, has confirmed its expansion into Noida.DevX declared its arrival in Noida with a 1,50,000-square-foot, 2000-seat facility.

Distributed throughout two micro markets. The first is in Noida’s corporate district, at Sector 62, Logix Cyber Park, and the second is ideally positioned on Sector 125 Expressway, just after DND. Within the next year, DevX will build an extra 2 lakh square feet. DevX intends to invest Rs 60 crore to quadruple its India portfolio to further develop its wide reach.  

DevX, a co-working space cum accelerator created in September 2017 by three innovators Rushit, Umesh Parth (the RUPaiyya triad as they are called in the industry) and one registered organisation: Dev Information Technology Ltd, has recently been feted as Gujarat’s leader in the Controlled prime office category.

The organisation was intended as a Venture Bootcamp dedicated to growing unique startups by meeting all of their needs. The organisation supports DevX as an equal relationship in development through associated collaborative relationships and offerings. The endeavours of the organisation address various needs across the production process.

Our new Noida centre will be divided into two sections of 50,000 and 1 lakh square feet, with an additional 2 lakh square feet built before the second quarter of 2023.
