7.65-acres of land in Gurugram is purchased by Elan Group from Ambience Group for more than Rs 200 crore

Approximately one million square feet of office, retail, service apartments, and a hotel will be built by the Elan Group on this land tract in Gurugram’s Sector 82.

According to reports, the real estate company Elan Group has purchased a 7.65-acre plot of land from Ambience Group in Gurugram for more than Rs. 200 crore in order to build a commercial project as part of its development strategy. Approximately one million square feet of office space, retail, service apartments, and a hotel will be built by the firm on this land tract in Gurugram’s Sector 82.

The sources claim that the total cost of more than Rs 200 crore includes the government’s statutory duties as well as the absorption of certain debt.

The spokesperson for Elan Group refused to comment.

The developer from Gurugram gave Rs. 580 crore to Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. (IBREL) in January to purchase 40 acres of property in Gurugram.

All essential approvals have been obtained for the 40-acre land tract, which is located in Sector 106 of Gurugram’s Dwarka Expressway and will be used to build both residential and commercial complexes. About 30 acres of the area will be utilized for residential building, with the rest 10 acres being used for commercial construction.

This will be Elan’s first residential development, with a total capacity for construction of almost 5 million square feet.

The firm announced that it will launch the two projects in Gurugram’s Sectors 106 and 82 in the year 2022.

The Elan Group has till date shown announced 8 Commercial Properties in Gurgaon. Three of the five developmental projects under construction have already been finished. It is one of the top developers of commercial properties in the area.

After the second wave of the COVID-pandemic broke out, the real estate industry, particularly the residential component, saw a significant recovery. This year, from January to June, both residential sales and commercial space leasing grew year over year.

To grow their enterprises, the developers are teaming up with the landowners and purchasing property entirely.
