WeWork India, a flexible workspace provider, will buy the entire tower at Bhutani Alphathum in Noida from Bhutani Group, consisting of 25 leasable floors.
The WeWork Alphathum centre would cover 6.6 lakh sq ft and include over 8,500 desks. It is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Colliers, a consulting business, coordinated the commercial real estate deals.
