Central Park, a realty firm that is known for providing a luxurious lifestyle, announced that they are going to invest a round of Rs. 1000 Crores for the development of their new project in the city Gurgaon, Haryana. Central Park is ready to develop over 500 housing units in the 13-acre housing project “Bellavista”, a part of 50-acre township named “Central Park Resorts”. The first tower that Central Park launched comprised of 360 studios and a one-bedroom apartment. The starting price of the same was Rs. 1.76 Crore. Right after 3-4 months, the company launched its second tower with 150 units

According to the authorities of Central Park, the project cost is Rs 1000 Crore including the land value. Amarjit Bakshi, CMD of Central Park informed that 10 Lakh sq. ft is the total built-up area of these two towers and more than 500 expats from 30 different nationalities are living in the township. Central Park would target foreigners, Japanese in particular, in the new project. President of sales, marketing and CRM at Central Park Kulwant Khurana said that the project itself is very innovative. CXOs of large corporations would surely find the project suitable according to their needs and tastes, making it a home.

Central Park has already developed 1,500 units in the township in three phases. The current project is the fourth phase. This Gurugram-based Central Park successfully delivered residential and hospitality projects of 5.5 million sq. ft. The company has over 10.9 million square feet of existing development and another 12 million square feet of planned projects in Gurgaon, Delhi and Goa.
