Another firm dealing with student housing, Stanza Living, is earmarking to provide a good deal to students by showcasing tech-enabled services in co-living so that they could access the ease of living, curating the student needs.
Anindya Dutta, the co-founder of Stanza Living is of the opinion that due to a steady shift in trends, there is a gradual increase in student housing. Students are opting for modern rental setups instead of the traditional one. It would be a great opportunity for the builders to go for modern setups so that they could compete in the market. New age students would only choose the deal that would provide high-quality services, hence, there is an urgent need to upgrade the services with time.
The idea of co-living is being accepted and implemented in various cities and builders are playing a major role in encouraging the idea. Modernization is really acting as a catalyst for India in becoming one of the countries that are on the verge of getting developed. Acceptance, appreciation and encouragement by various firms is accelerating the modernization to a different level.
